There are many events taking place in St. Augustine and the surrounding area throughout the year. Below are just a few events that we would like to highlight for you.

Nov 23, 2019 – Feb 2, 2020 — Nights of Lights — Nightly
Experience the magic of downtown St. Augustine lit up with millions of tiny, white lights. One of the 10 Best Holiday Displays in The World by National Geographic.

Feb 17-23, 2020 — Ripley’s “Thank You” to First Responders with 50% Admission
Ripley’s St. Augustine wants to say thanks to those who put their lives on the line to protect and serve the community. They will be offering 50% off single attraction tickets to first responders and their dependents.

Feb 6-8, 2020 — Flight To Freedom — 9:00am-5:00pm
Flight to Freedom honors and remembers all those who risked everything in search of freedom and opportunity to live their own lives as they made their way to Gracia Real de Santa Teresa Mose (known simply as Fort Mose), the first legally sanctioned, free African settlement.

Feb 8, 2020 — Jam ‘n Pepper Festival — 10:00am-4:00pm
Come check out this 1st Annual event! Sweet & Spicy Foods * Hot Sauces * Jams n Jellies * Music * Food Trucks * Kids Corner

Feb 8-15, 2020 — Festival de San Agustin
Several events on various dates during the week long celebration of St. Augustine’s Spanish Heritage presented by The Historic Florida Militia.

  • Feb 8, 2020 — Noche de Festival — 6:30pm-10:30pm
    Spanish tapas and sangria, traditional music and entertainment, and a dinner of Spanish paella prepared on site.
  • Feb 13, 2020 — “The Secrets of Spanish Florida” — 7:00pm
    The PBS documentary “The Secrets of Spanish Florida” shown on the big screen at Colonial Oaks.
  • Feb 14, 2020 — Living History Saunter — 5:30pm
    Historically clad re-enactors depicting Saint Augustine’s history.
  • Feb 15, 2020 — School of the Sixteenth Century — 10:00am-5:00pm
    Historically dressed re-enactors demonstrate military and civilian activities showing life as it was in Saint Augustine in 1565.

Feb 15, 2020 — Lincolnville Porch Fest — 12:00pm-9:30pm
Enjoy some great music…over 40 bands performing on various porches throughout Lincolnville.

Feb 21, 2020 — Astronomy Program — 7:00pm-8:00pm
Join Park Rangers at Faver-Dykes State Park to observe stars, planets, and satellites.

Feb 28 – Mar 1, 2020 — Cathedral Festival — Times Vary
This St. Augustine tradition is celebrating 35 years! Carnival Rides * Live Music * Fireworks Saturday Night * Food & Beverages * and More

Feb 29, 2020 — Lighthouse 5K & Fun Run — 4:00pm
The 5K serves as a qualifier for the famed Gate River Run and the Fun Run is a great treat for the little runners.
