Join the Tale Tellers of St. Augustine on Friday, August 11, 2023 for “It Was So Hot That … Summertime Stories”.

Where: St. Johns County Main Library – large meeting room

Enjoy a cool afternoon of adventure with personal stories of the summer season from Tale Tellers members Kathy Duffy, Margaret Kaler, Chris Kastle, Ted Miller, Lou Novak, and Rose van der Berg.

The show encompasses a broad range of talent and expertise.  Kathy Duffy is an accomplished teller with stories that span the lighthearted to the dark and scary. Margaret Kaler carries on her family traditions of theater and storytelling. Chris Kastle is a critically acclaimed and award winning storyteller, songsmith and author. Ted Miller tells amusing and sometimes harrowing tales of his ocean voyages. Lou Novak is a merchant mariner who shares his many adventures. And Rose van der Berg weaves eccentric characters with songs and improvisation into her tales.
