Learn various yoga skills through a combination of physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques.
Participants — wear comfortable exercise attire. Bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle to stay hydrated.
Space is limited to 30 participants!
Cost: $35.00 each 8-week session | each session consists of 16 classes.
