Winter Session Yoga
Looking for a Yoga class to strengthen your core and increase your flexibility? Join us at the Solomon Calhoun Center Gym on Tuesday & Thursday evenings for our Winter Session Yoga. Eight-week yoga session.
When: January 3 to February 23, 2023 | 6:00pm-7:00pm
Learn various yoga skills through a combination of physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques. Increase your flexibility and muscle strength and reduce stress.
Participants — wear comfortable exercise attire. Bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle to stay hydrated.
