Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife 2023

Come out to Vilano Beach November 2-5, 2023 for the Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife event.   Raising funds and awareness for Vilano Beach Main Street and the GTM Research Reserve.

W3 is a culinary weekend like no other blending food & drink lovers with the surrounding beauty of nature!  Enjoy beverage tastings artfully combined with inspired cuisine from some of the South’s best chefs as well as local culinary superstars. And you can experience coastal wildlife up close with GTM Reserve’s research and education experts. They’ll be on-hand Friday and Saturday with interactive programs from sea turtles to alligators.

Please Note: Attendees must be of legal drinking age or older to attend most events. No dogs or pets allowed.

Pesca by Michael’s W3 Wine Dinner at Hyatt Place Hotel, Vilano Beach.  Kicking-off W3 with a new event …. a Rooftop Cocktail Reception, followed by an elegant 4-course, wine paired dinner by Executive Chef Michael Lugo and Dessert course, by Pastry Chef, Rebecca Reed.

W3 Master Classes, presented by Publix + GreenWise Market at Vilano Main Street Diner. Interactive learning experiences showcasing local and celebrity guest chefs, cookbook authors and beverage experts; 4 Classes
Friday, November 3 — 10:00am – 3:30pm

Vilano A1A SoiréeVivian Browning Avenue.  This outdoor banquet showcases some of A1A’s best restaurants throughout northeast Florida. A six-course dinner with sumptuous chef-collaborated courses, ending with decadent desserts. Live music as well and unlimited beverages with souvenir glasses to sample from a variety of wines, beers and signature cocktails.
Friday, November 3 – 5:30pm-6:30pm Cocktail Reception & Appetizers, 6:30pm-8:30pm Dinner

Guided Tours through the GTM Research Reserve/Wine & Cheese Paired Reception. Explore the natural beauty of the GTM Research Reserve concluding the tour with fantastic wine tastings paired with specialty cheeses.

W3 Main Event – Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife Block Party – Vivian Browning Avenue Block Party, Vilano Beach. All three of the W’s and much more including:  culinary delights from the A1A Corridor * hundreds of unlimited varieties of beverage tastings with a souvenir glass * live music * cooking demonstrations * artisan market * the GTM Reserve Stage with wildlife demonstrations and more.
Saturday, November 4 — 2:00pm – 5:00pm

W3 Sunday Jazz Brunch at Pesca by Michael’s.  Grand Finale Brunch – an all-inclusive culinary and drink ticket for a Brunch Buffet with gourmet stations for breakfast and lunch lovers.  Seating will be on a first come, first served basis.

Shuttle / Parking Information:

* November 4, 2023 — Old Town Trolley’s will be running one continuous shuttle bus back and forth, picking up at the parks, Vilano Beach Pavilion and dropping off at the Holiday Inn Express.

* Water Shuttle Service to and from downtown St. Augustine to the Vilano Beach Pier will be available; $15.00 each way.  Check the website for all the details.
