Tour the Wastewater Treatment Plant

Reserve your spot to get an inside peek of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. As part of City Government Week, the city is offering a walking and viewing tour of its Wastewater Treatment Plant. Ask yourself: When you flush the toilet, do you know where it goes? And did you know that just because something has a label that says “flushable” it does not mean you should flush it?

The City encourages all members of the local community to take advantage of this behind-the-scenes look at this facility. It is so critical to the day-to-day lives of everyone who lives, works, plays, and visits.

Florida City Government Week is sponsored by the Florida League of Cities and each year brings into focus the wide array of essential services delivered to residents and businesses every day.
