The St. Augustine Maritime Heritage Foundation is hosting a Spanish Colonial Pig Roast for your dining experience on May 9, 2019 at the Fountain of Youth.

Using a traditional method, the pig is hand turned (driven by a wheel) throughout the day on a spit above hot coals.  During the evening, dine at the park’s Pavilion accompanied by delicious selections of sides, salad, dessert, and beverage(s). Beer and wine will be available with a suggested donation.

Tickets are $45 per person and can be purchased by clicking on the event website link.

The event is a fundraiser for the St. Augustine Maritime Heritage Foundation.
