Soul vocalist, Akia Uwanda, performs as one of the headliners for this years’ Romanza Festivale.  She’ll be at Trinity Episcopal Parish Hall on Saturday, May 15, 2021.  A Jacksonville native,  she is a multi-talented entertainer who is classicially and experientially trained.

Ms. Uwanda has opened for Earth, Wind and Fire and Avery Sunshine as well as shared the stage with jazz greats, Gregory Porter and Kamasi Washington.  She has performed at venues such as the Four Seasons Hotel in Houston and Carnegie Hall in New York City.
