Progressive, country roots singer-songwriter Rodney Crowell will be in Concert at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on Sunday, March 6, 2022.
Crowell has more than 40 years of American roots music under his belt and is a two-time Grammy Award winner with five number one hits of his own. He’s also got six Americana Music Association Awards including their Lifetime Achievement For Songwriter Award as well as a legacy of songwriting excellence which has made him an icon among giants.
With strong roots in country music, Crowell has written chart-topping hits for the likes of Emmylou Harris, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Keith Urban and more. Crowell has also penned beloved songs for artists as diverse as Bob Seger, Etta James, the Grateful Dead, John Denver, Jimmy Buffett and countless others.
Along with being a member of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, Crowell is also the author of the acclaimed memoir Chinaberry Sidewalks. He’s also teamed up with New York Times best-selling author Mary Karr for Kin: Songs by Mary Karr & Rodney Crowell in 2012.
