Join us at the Solomon Calhoun Center on Mondays from 6:00pm-7:00pm for REFIT Dance & Rev and Flow Fitness (Spring Session) April 3 – May 1, 2023.
In this one power-packed hour, REFIT Revolution combines various elements of fitness. Class is structured around CardioDance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training and stretching. The workout formula is easy to follow….welcoming for fitness beginners as well as challenging for enthusiasts.
Rev & Flow is a low impact, high-intensity workout tones, strengthens and increases mobility.
Please bring a yoga mat and optional 1 or 2 pound weights. Style of classes alternate weekly.
