The 9th Annual Pascua Florida Pilgrimage takes place during Easter week starting on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.

More than 500 years ago, the cross was planted on the coast of Florida by Spanish missionaries.

The Pilgrimage leaves Sanford on the 6th and arrives in St. Augustine on Sunday, April 11, 2021. They’ll proceed North on St. George Street at 10:00am and arrive at the Mission Nombre de Dios for Sunday Mass at 11:00am.

The journey from Sanford is via walking and canoeing, traversing land, swamp and ocean to arrive in St. Augustine.
