Join us for the 40th Annual Matanzas 5000, one of Florida’s fastest 5K races on a scenic USATF-certified course through historic St. Augustine.  Proceeds benefit the running programs at St. Johns County high schools and middle schools and the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind.

The start line is located at 29 West Castillo Drive next to Francis Field. The race runs along the beautiful Matanzas River, winds through the historic city, and finishes on Castillo Drive.

8:00am for the 5K
9:15am  for the Fun Run

The Awards Ceremony will start afterwards at 9:30am at Ketterlinus Gym. There will be a special award to the St. Johns County high school with the most participants in the race.

Check out the Fun Run after the 5K…for ages 13 and under.
