Join us on the Marineland Beach Walk. See the changes recent hurricanes have brought. Get to know the beach in an entirely new way. Learn why sand is fine or coarse and how it got it’s color. Look for shark’s teeth.
An interpretive guide will tell you about everything from shore birds to coquina rocks and the flowers blooming along the dunes. Bring your camera for a likely shot of one of the dune’s resident gopher tortoises.
Meet your guide at the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve Marineland Field Office on the west side of A1A, the southern end of the Town of Marineland.
