Local Author Book Signing

Local author and historian, Dr. Roger Smith, will be featured for a book signing on Sunday, May 5, 2019.  He’ll be at the St. Augustine and St. Johns County Visitor Information Center adjacent to the Historic Downtown Parking Facility from 11:00am – 3:00pm.

Dr. Smith is a St. Augustine resident and renowned historian of the American Revolution. He’ll have his most recent title release, The Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park: Where Legend Meets History, along with three other titles available for signing.

Dr. Roger Smith is a published historian with a Master’s Degree in the field of American History, and a Ph.D. in Early American History and Atlantic World Studies from the University of Florida. Dr. Smith’s goal is to bring the newest historical research to a general audience through entertaining speaking engagements, publications, stage performances – all while continuing his research into untold stories and history concerning the American Revolution.
