In the interest of public safety and in an effort to minimize the impact of COVID-19 within our community, the program is cancelled.

Experience the Living History Saunter down St. George Street and the historic area in St. Augustine. Historically clad interpreters speak with visitors and residents about Saint Augustine’s history dating back to its founding in 1565.

Participants wear historically accurate clothing depicting Saint Augustine’s history from the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries.  Historical accurate is the key.  It allows the historical interpreters to explain and show visitors to our town the difference between fact and fiction.

Meet near the Spanish Bakery & Cafe at 5:30pm.  Sauntering is between 5:30pm and 8:30pm. Photographs and questions are encouraged.

Free and open to the public.  The event is weather permitting.  Click the event website link for additional information.
