At the Lightner Learning Lab – All About Sculpture, children aged 5 – 14 are invited to tour and learn about selected figurative sculptures with Lightner museum educators.  Attendees of this informative look at sculpture will be engaged in truly looking at and understanding this 3-dimensional art form.

Little Lightners (ages 5 – 9 accompanied by an adult) will meet from 10:00am – 11:30am to look at different types of sculpture to appreciate the stories being told.

The Lightner Learners program (designed for older kids ages 10 – 14) will meet from 2:00pm to 3:30pm to truly look at and comprehend the types and processes for creating sculpture.

Each tour will be followed by an enjoyable model making activity.
