Covered over the 12 weeks:
* Importance of physical activity
* Improving your body and size acceptance
* How to establish and maintain a healthy diet
* Cooking tips
* Strategies for making healthier choices when shopping or eating away from home and More
TPWM will teach the skills needed to adopt a healthy diet and exercise routines.
When: Thursday, September 22 – December 15, 2022 — 6:00pm-7:00pm (no November 24)
Where: First & Last Class at UF IFAS Extension St. Johns County. Remaining sessions Online.
