Family-friendly food and fun at the St. Augustine Lions Seafood Festival 2023

Register today for the free Healthy for Life Workshop, Session 1. Implemented by UF/IFAS Extension St. Johns County, the nutrition program is a joint initiative of Aramark and the American Heart Association.

The purpose of the program is to empower individuals and families to make healthy food choices every day to improve their health and well-being.

Each session / class in approximately 45 minutes long and is for the person doing the grocery shopping and meal prep in the home.

Held in the Library / Computer Room at Solomon Calhoun Center — 11:30am-12:30pm
