Join us on September 29th for the Gamble Rogers Music Festival Concert Series “The Four Troubadours”, a special evening featuring four legendary performers. “The Four Troubadours” are well known solo performers: Larry Mangum, Bob Patterson, Jim Carrick, and Charley Simmons, who were actually friends with Gamble Rogers and who will take the stage together to celebrate and entertain with a special selection of songs and stories.  Music and stories start at 7:00pm.

Start the evening at 6:00pm with a book signing for the first ever biography “Gamble Rogers, A Troubadours Life” by award-winning journalist and author, Bruce Horovitz. The long awaited biography is sure to become one of our most treasured pieces of local Florida literature. Never before has the full life-story of the musician, storyteller, family man, and hometown hero been documented in a publicly accessible format, until now.

Festival merchandise, light refreshments, and signed copies of the book will be available for purchase. All proceeds from the fundraising event go back towards supporting our not-for-profit community music festival, concert series, and youth music programs in St. Augustine and beyond!

Ticket are $15 in Advance / $20 at the Door. Advance sale tickets can be purchased in person at the St. Augustine Amphitheater Farmer’s Market on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays in September, at Music Matters & Simple Gestures in St. Augustine, and at Hammock Wine and Cheese just south of the Town of Marineland at 5368 N. Oceanshore Blvd or by clicking on the event website link.
