Join us for the Fort Mose Guided Bird Walk on Sunday, August 22, 2021.   You’re apt to see a variety of herons, egrets, wood storks, hawks, wood peckers and owls swishing through the trees at Fort Mose.

Birders of all levels are welcome. Bring binoculars and a field guide if you have them.  The program is weather permitting.

This event is Free.

In addition to the program, the park’s museum and visitor center will be open.  Visitors can watch a 15-minute film on the history of Fort Mose and its residents, as well as learn about the site through the interactive museum exhibit.   Entrance to the museum is $2.00.
