Join us at Anastasia State Park on January 1, 2023 from 8:30am-10:30am for our annual First Day Hike.

A Park Ranger will guide you on a 2-mile hike through Anastasia’s Marsh Trail along Salt Run and the Ancient Dunes Trail through the shaded maritime hammock. Discover the Park’s natural communities while exploring these unique trails.

Meet at Anastasia Watersports Parking Lot.

Be sure to bring your binoculars, camera, drinking water, bug spray and sunscreen. Don’t forget to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Event is weather permitting.

Park entrance fee applies:
$8.00 per vehicle — limit 2-8 people per vehicle
$4.00 per single-occupant vehicle
$2.00 per pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.
