Start the New Year off right by helping clean our beaches at the First Day Coastal Cleanup!  Join the Friends of Anastasia State Park as they walk the beach picking up trash to keep our beach beautiful and safe for guests and wildlife!

Please dress for the weather.  Bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, water and any other items that will make your hike more enjoyable.  If you have your own set of gloves or 5-gallon bucket, please bring them so we can reduce our own waste.  Rubber gloves and trash bags will still be provided.

Park entry is free for participating volunteers! After the cleanup, you can enjoy a lunch at Island Beach Grill or relax on the beach and admire your hard work.

Please meet at the beach parking lot near Island Beach Grill where you will sign-in to participate in the program. For more information please contact the park at (904) 461-2033.
