Looking for a Fall Yoga class to strengthen your core and increase your flexibility? Join us at the SJC Pier Pavilion on Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Offering eight-week yoga sessions, each consisting of 16 classes.
When: August 2 – October 13, 2022 | 6:00pm-7:00pm
Learn various yoga skills through a combination of physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques. Increase flexibility and muscle strength as well as reduce stress.
Participants — wear comfortable exercise attire, grip socks. Bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle to stay hydrated.
Cost: $35.00 each 8-week session | each session consists of 16 classes.
