The Fayetteville Academy Chorus will be performing in the Cathedral Basilica Concert on Friday, April 15, 2019.  Under the direction of LeeAnn Valcarcel, the 2019 Choir Tour features a collaboration of the Varsity and Junior Varsity Choruses. These singers are in grades 7 – 12. They’ll be accompanied by Ryan Pagels, collaborative pianist at Methodist University and Music Director at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Fayetteville, NC.

Boasting over 100 members in four non-auditioned ensembles: Lower School Chorus, Beginning Chorus, Junior Varsity Chorus and Varsity Chorus, the award winning Varsity Chorus travels every other year to compete in national competitions. Recently, they traveled to Orlando, Florida to compete in Festival Disney, where they brought home several awards including the Gold Award, Best in Class and Superior ratings.

Fayetteville Academy is a non-profit Independent Private School for students grades PreK – 12 in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The concert is open to all and is free.  Doors open at 7:00 PM.  For further information, please contact Dr. Bernie Sans at
