Join us at the Castillo de San Marcos on Sunday, October 2, 2022 for their 350th Anniversary Celebration – 9:00am-5:00pm!  Castillo entrance will be Free!

Explore 350 years of history at the Castillo and its’ impacts on St. Augustine.  Provided by Park Rangers and volunteers, St. Augustine Historical Society members, Fort Mose Historical Society, and Historic Florida Militia

Ongoing Programs * Living History Conversations * Interactive Exhibits * Cannon and Musket Firing Demonstrations

Events conclude at 4:00pm with a ranger-led program highlighting the Castillo’s 350 years of history.

To kick-off the celebration – on Saturday, October 1, 2022 – join the Historic Florida Militia for their Historic Timeline Saunter. Beginning on Aviles Street, re-enactors will saunter to the grounds of the Castillo de San Marcos. Along with members of St. Augustine’s Royal Family, they’ll be dressed in 17th Century garb to honor the Castillo’s ground-breaking in 1672.
