Hope & Deliverance Ministries invites all to their Annual Community Christmas Eve Dinner on December 24, 2019. Dinner is served from 10:00am until 2:00pm. This event is free to all in our community and surrounding areas.
The Wildflower Clinic will be on-site providing general check-ups.
For anyone interested in helping with this event, here is what is needed:
Food — CUT cooked turkeys or baked chicken, hams, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, macaroni & cheese. All personal recipes are appreciated. However, if green beans, corn or sweet potatoes will be your donation, we ask that you keep your recipes plain. This makes it easier for us to add when serving. (Please place everything in a tin foil pan for easy clean up. We can not be responsible for keeping track of your favorite casserole dish.)
Volunteers — help with setting up tables and chairs. Servers, runners and people that can manage tables such as desserts and drinks. People who are comfortable speaking and ministering to people as they are being served. People to help clean up afterwards.
