‘Meet’ Anna Murray Douglass, Frederick Douglass’s wife of 44 years, through a special exhibit, lunch and lecture in their historic garden. Learn more about her life, impact and legacy.

Anna was an abolitionist, emancipator and businesswoman in the mid-19th century.   Often overlooked, her legacy is a very important part of American history.
