The Amp has partnered with Anastasia State Park to present “A Toast to the Coast” starring Southern California beach rock reggae duo The Wheeland Brothers and guest Sean McCarthy. They’ll be on the beach at Anastasia State Park on Friday, April 19, 2019.

The Wheeland Brothers are two Southern Californian brothers who grew up in Orange County surfing, scarfing down hole-in-the wall Mexican food, and jamming around beach bonfires. They combine fun, catchy melody and lyrics with the cool attitude and positive energy of reggae, as well as the down-to-earth, organic honesty of acoustic rock, ukulele lullabies, and flip-flop hip-hop. Sunshine music inspired by waves, hangin’ with friends, and dreaming of distant shores.

The event will also have food trucks, concessions, and fun.  No outside coolers, food, or beverages allowed.

This event is free and open to the public with paid park admission: $8.00 per vehicle; Free with Annual Pass.

All this is in an effort to raise funds for the Friends of Anastasia State Park whose mission is to further enhance protection of the natural and cultural resources of Anastasia State Park.
