Gain a new perspective of the Old Spanish Quarries at Anastasia State Park in relation to the famous Castillo de San Marcos and the survival of Saint Augustine. On Friday, July 2, 2021 at 9:00am and again at 10:30am.
A fun and knowledgeable ranger brings the history of the quarry to life. Learn about the amazing work that occurred in the quarries and the architecture that influenced the history of Saint Augustine.
Meet at the entrance to the Old Spanish Quarries – next to the park’s front entrance.
