The 17th Annual Florida’s Birding and Photo Fest is looking for budding nature photographers under the age of 18 for the 2019 Young Birders Photo Contest.  The contest is held in honor of Cameron Bespolka. He loved nature. He photographed it, blogged about it, immersed himself in it. Birdwatching was a major part of his life.

The deadline to submit is March 29, 2019.

Young photographers can submit up to five images. The cost to enter is $10 for the first two images and $5 for each additional image.

Photos must be submitted digitally (no printed photos can be accepted). Additional details for entries can be found by clicking on the event website link.

The Young Birder’s Photo Contest first place winner will receive a SIGMA 18-300mm lens, valued at $579 plus $250. Second place finisher receives $250 and the third place winner receives $100.
