Cathy and Marilyn are coming to the  library to show you how to use food and flowers to spruce up your home for Fall, Thanksgiving, or simply to give it a Downton Abbey touch during the Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants - Downton Holidays presentation. Raffle tickets may be purchased from the Friends of the Library to win the arrangements!  Proceeds from the raffle help to sponsor this event.

The Seminole Wars turned out to be the longest Indian conflict in US history.  During FOL Series: How the Florida Wars Changed Us All, learn how these wars shaped the people and landscape of Florida and discover how archaeologists are uncovering clues about them centuries later. Give your feet a treat during Relax with Essential Oils: Raindrop Technique. Inspired by the Lakota Indians, Raindrop Technique uses therapeutic oils for balancing and rejuvenating the mind and body. When properly applied to the neck, back, and feet, these essential oils can bring about electrical alignment and help relieve a variety of discomforts caused by imbalances in the body.
