This months’ Wednesday Brown Bag Lunch features journalist Peter Guinta discussing his latest book, Well of Bones: 20 American Snipers. 10,000 ISIS Terrorists. The book is a fast-paced story of American warriors challenging the terror of ISIS while attempting to save archaeological treasures from destruction. The story, which combines up-to-the-minute news with compelling characters in a real-world fight against America’s very real enemies, is as credible as it is intriguing.
Peter has won several awards from the Florida Press Club over the years for his journalist work. He and Randy Cribbs are also the authors of Illumination Rounds, a graphic portrayal of American soldiers and Marines in Vietnam.
Patrons are welcome to bring their lunch. Light refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Main Library St. Augustine. For additional information, please call the Main Library at 904-827-6940.
