The start of summer has always been associated with the big-name acts on tour and the nostalgia of warm nights hearing great music. The St. Augustine Orchestra’s Season Finale, “One Night Only”, will kick off Memorial Day Weekend with an orchestral tribute to some of the great touring pop artists of recent decades.  It’s a night to celebrate the singer/songwriters, bands and stage show themes of our time. From the “Duke” to the “King” and even ‘The Lion King’, you’ll remember your first exposure to the famous melodic themes from The Eagles, Simon and Garfunkel, Elton John, Duke Ellington and Elvis Presley, Barry Manilow and Billy Joel in richly arranged, Orchestral presentation.  Come. Listen. Enjoy and celebrate with us the close of the 56th season of YOUR orchestra.
