Summer camp isn’t just for kids anymore! Why? Because we only grow old when we stop playing! Let’s transform our traditional attitudes on aging by turning the image on its head. How? By playing improv games and practicing exercises that will enable campers to cut loose and find the humor in aging.
At Senior Summer Improv Camp, campers will:
* Play via a creative performing arts program that offers experiential learning for older adults.
* Laugh, collaborate and connect with other campers who are just like you — lifelong learners who want to continue expanding their creativity and imaginations.
* Practice mental stimulation, brainteasers and quick thinking all through cooperative game playing.
* Have the opportunity to try something new in a completely safe and supported environment.
Senior Summer Improv Camp is for ages 55 and older and is hosted by The Adventure Project and Limelight Theatre.
For more information or to register, call the Limelight at 904-825-1164 or visit The Adventure Project website.
