Planning for Resilience to Sea Level Rise in the Matanzas Basin Lecture is given by Kathryn Frank, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Department of Urban and Regional Planning, University of Florida. Dr. Frank has published three scholarly articles and has ten in progress or under review. Her recent report Planning for Resilience to Sea Level Rise in the Matanzas Basin is due to be released this fall.
Frank holds a doctoral degree in city and regional planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in community and regional planning from the University of Oregon, and bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering from Georgia Tech and mathematics from the University of Georgia.
This lecture is part of the Ideas & Images: Scholars and Artists in Residence series at Flagler College. It offers lectures and readings from a variety of renowned scholars, artists, and authors. All lectures will be held in the Lewis Auditorium at 7 p.m.
