The Lost Skills Workshop Series returns to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre October 17 through October 21. This diverse set of workshops aims to create a hands-on, skill-sharing experience that encourages self-empowerment, well-being and community. The Lost Skills Workshop will explore techniques and traditions related to cooking, health, and herbalism that have been employed in homes and in kitchens throughout the ages and are intended to encourage nourishment and healing through
the things people eat and drink. Each workshop will be taught by local experts in their respective field.

October 18 — Bone Broth (not suggested for vegans and vegetarians) taught by Kristin Adamczyk

There will be a Lost Skills Soiree and curated marketplace celebrating the workshops and their themes on Friday, October 21st, 2016 for those who have taken the workshops and anyone who was interested in the workshop series but was unable to attend. Workshop attendees and guests will be invited to share their experiences over local and hand-crafted food, workshop-themed beverages by the Saint Augustine Distillery, live music, and with local businesses who create workshop-related wares and ingredients.
Tickets can be purchased on the Amphitheatre website and at the box offices of the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall.
