Students will experience the basic concepts of improvisation – and their real world applications — in a supportive, team-oriented setting. The class is designed to build self-confidence and explore creativity using the fundamentals of improvisation.

Created for both actors and non-actors, the experiential learning environment will expose students to:
Using specific communications tools for more dynamic interactions Staying focused on the present moment
Creating successful collaborations Embracing — and using — failure for increased resilience Participating in co-creative environments for a stronger team dynamic
Thriving in an unscripted environment

Students leaving this course will have a working understanding of the basic fundamentals of improvisational theater as well as an increased appreciation, and comfort, with living life without a script.

Held Mondays June 13 through July 25 with the exception of July 4th.   To register, click on the event website link.

Hosted by The Flagler Continuing Education Department as part of their Lifelong Learning Program.  Facilitated by Amy Angelilli of The Adventure Project.
