During the Friends of the Library Lecture Series, learn the History of the National Guard. Most are familiar with the Florida National Guard in recent dealings with hurricanes. But what exactly have they done historically? Alison Simpson, Historian for the Florida National Guard, will be lecturing on the barracks and also a brief history of the Florida National Guard.
