The Curatorial Committee of the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra has selected works by artist members Ronnie Burak, Francesca Tabor-Miolla, and Helen Moody to be on exhibit in the Main Gallery July 14 to August 18, 2017. Burak’s photographs, Tabor-Miolla’s mixed-media work, and Moody’s paintings create a colorful exhibition which combines expression and nature.
Ronnie Burak is a photographer who enjoys capturing the spontaneous moments and is drawn to both urban and natural environments. He’s drawn to both big and small; the majesty of the large panoramic landscape and the exquisite design and detail of nature’s small elements.
Francesca Tabor-Miolla is an intuitive painter who realizes there are so many variables that can influence the direction of a painting once begun. She struggles and strives to create order and balance out of chaos.
Helen Moody is an artist who is fascinated with rich color and the infusion of light, which has a distinct impact on my paintings. Her goal is to create visually inspiring subjects using light and its varied patterns.
Works can be viewed and purchased starting July 14 at the opening reception from 6-8pm. Meet the artists, listen to live music and enjoy appetizers offered by Ruth’s Chris PV. The opening reception will be open to the public and admission is free.
