There will be a Changing of the Guard ceremony performed by the St. Augustine 1740 Spanish Garrison on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Participants will muster at the Colonial Quarter at 5:45 p.m., split into two groups (A and B) and proceed to St. George Street.
Group A will march to the Government House at 6:10p.m., while group B will march to the City Gates. At 6:20 p.m., Group B will march down St. George Street from the City Gates to the Government House. The two groups will converge to perform the Changing of the Guard ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
Following the ceremony, participants will briefly interact with the public and then march as a combined force back to the Taberna de Caballo at the Colonial Quarter and dismiss and disperse.
