At the Brown Bag Lunch Program on April 11, join Chef Warren Caterson, author of “Table for Two: The Cookbook for Couples”. He’ll be sharing dozens of kitchen tips, cooking hints, and humorous anecdotes about the joys and challenges of cooking for two.  Chef Warren will answer such questions as: Is it possible to chop onions without tears? Are prepackaged frozen entrees really time and money savers? What is the best upgrade for my kitchen? and more. He ends each presentation with a cooking demonstration, preparing a healthy entree that anyone can replicate in their own home in less than 15 minutes.

The Wednesday Brown Bag Lunch Program is free and open to the public. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and the program will begin at 11:30. Seating is limited. Patrons are welcome to bring their lunch. Light refreshments will be provided by Friends of the Main Library St. Augustine. For additional information, please call the Main Library at 904-827-6940.
